WayPlayer (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is a local music player developed by CircleLynk (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy is intended to transparently explain how this App collects, uses, and protects your information. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using this App.

1. Information Collection and Use

We solemnly promise: This App does NOT collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information in any way.

Since this App is a completely offline local music player, all of its functionality runs locally on your device (iPhone/iPad) and does not require an internet connection. Therefore:

• We do not collect personal data: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, device identifiers (such as IDFA), or any other information that could be used to identify you.
• We do not request any sensitive permissions: This App only requests access to your device's Music & Media Library. The sole purpose of this permission is to allow you to select and play audio files stored locally on your device. These music files are never uploaded or shared with any third party.
• We do not use any analytics tools: This App does not integrate with any third-party data analytics SDKs. Therefore, we do not track your usage behavior or in-app activities.

2. Data Storage and Security

All data generated by this App, including but not limited to:

• Music file metadata (such as song titles, artists, album artwork)
• Your playlists
• App preference settings (such as playback mode, volume, etc.)

are stored exclusively on your local device. We do not synchronize this data to any cloud servers, nor do we transmit it to ourselves via iCloud or any other means.

We utilize Apple's secure sandbox mechanism to protect your app data on your device, ensuring that unauthorized applications cannot access it.
